media presentations. . . to materials for trainers.
Topics range from those of general interest to the MBTI® community, to such specialty areas as education, counseling and development, careers, families, and spirituality.
Our Customer Service Representatives guide people with individual interests
through a variety of topics. They also assist trainers and consultants by making recommendations for the best materials to help plan and organize a program or workshop.

Training and Workshops
Representatives from the CAPT Training Department organize over seventy national MBTI workshops each year. The majority of CAPT's workshops are designed for consultants and trainers and cover a wide range of topics, from the basic MBTI Certification Program, which certifies individuals to administer and give feedback on the MBTI instrument, to advanced training workshops for MBTI practitioners.
Professional Statement of Qualifications, the last step in verifying the purchasing and administration status of an MBTI practitioner, are also processed through the CAPT Training Department.

Research
Ongoing development of the MBTI instrument continues through the Research Department at CAPT. Began in 1975, the CAPT Data Bank currently houses 11,002 MBTI records. CAPT continues to score Forms G and F for the purposes of research.
The Isabel Briggs Memorial Library is the largest single collection of MBTI related materials in the world. We have many, but not all of the items listed in the CAPT Bibliography. The library is not a lending library and is most frequently used by graduate students working on dissertations or, researchers doing literature reviews.
