This handout addresses commonly asked questions about psychological type such as "How frequent is my type?" and "How are the MBTI types distributed in the U.S. population at large?" Statistical information cover a range of data from Isabel Myers' original samples of MBTI results to more recent studies, including those for Form M, Form F, Form G, and Form K. Two kinds of data are represented on each table for whole types and by letter preferences. Tables are also presented by total population and for male and female samples separately.
