This metaphorical exercise was fashioned to go hand-in-hand with Earle Page's Looking at Type® feedback model in order to give workshop participants that are new to type a real-world example to relate to their results. This exercise is designed to help participants better understand the dichotomus nature of type. Clients see that while they use both poles of the index, they cannot use them at the same time—one side is always preferred. Designed to be fun for use with groups or individuals. Includes a leader's guide.
