Class Schedule and Registration
There is a big difference between having personal knowledge of the MBTI assessment and having the skill and confidence needed to bring this information to life in a training session. The Skillshop program was designed to address this gap by helping MBTI-qualified users to develop their skills for delivering high-impact workshops.
This popular three-day design, capped at 18 participants, models and then deconstructs an effective introductory workshop, breaks the training into components, and gives each participant focused time to prepare, deliver, and receive detailed feedback on his or her presentation.
Program participants will learn how to:
- Identify ten micro-components needed for effective training with any group
- Design workshops that match group needs with your training content
- Explore how your type impacts the group—and how the group has impact on you
- Practice training and facilitation skills, with both professional and peer feedback given to you
- Utilize a variety of handouts, reports, and other training aids and tools
- Develop a collection of type examples, stories, and illustrations
Prior knowledge and experience:
Individuals taking this program should already be eligible or certified users of the MBTI instrument.
- MBTI eligible users have a four year college degree, that includes successful completion of a college course in the interpretation of psychological assessment and measurement at an accredited college or university that results in the required skills for a basic understanding of the theory and uses of the MBTI instrument.
- MBTI certified users have successfully completed a recognized certification program (which provides training in the theory and uses of the MBTI instrument) and passed the approved common exams.
This course includes 20 CE Credits
